Like in everything - start with little and progress it slowly to more demanding loads. 1. Test your players one foot heel raise (full range of motion). High level futsal player should reach at least 60 reps per side. 2. Program your repetitions according to the test results. Program your repetitions approx. 50-70 % of max reps. |
