Organization and Development

This exercises starts with a goalkeeper in the goal and 3 lines (1 on each wing and 1 in the centre) on the halfway line.

The goalkeeper passes the ball to the right winger. At the same time the central player and left winger exchange places.

The right winger passes the ball to the central player, runs down the line and suddenly cuts inside towards the left winger.

The central player passes the ball to the left winger and opens to the other side ready to close the 2nd post.

The right winger goes to block the opponent, who is defending the left winger. The left winger comes to the middle with the ball, taking advantage of the block and shoots at goal.

The right winger covers the central part of the court.

After the move is completed the players run back outside the court and return to the lines, taking up different positions.

Variations

The goalkeeper passes the ball to any of the three players.
The team-mate can make a false block and move into space to receive a pass of the winger with the ball.
