Organization and Development

This exercises starts with a goalkeeper in the goal and 3 lines (1 on each wing and 1 in the centre) on the halfway line.

The goalkeeper passes the ball to the right winger. At the same time the central player and left winger exchange positions.

The right winger passes the ball to the player in the central position, runs down the line and sharply cuts into the centre toward the left winger.

The central player passes the ball to the left winger and opens to the right wing ready to receive a long ball from the left winger or close the 2nd post.

The right winger offers in the middle and then moves to the goal.

The left winger plays a long ball to the player that has opened on the other side and then covers the central area. The player that receives the long pass either shoots or passes to the 2nd post where a player is closing.

After completing the move all three attackers go outside the court and runs back to the halfway line and join a different line.

Variations

The goalkeeper passes the ball to any of the three players.
