Organization and Development

This exercises starts with a goalkeeper in the goal and 3 lines (1 on each wing and 1 in the centre) on the halfway line.

The right winger passes the ball to the new central player, moves down the line and suddenly cuts inside towards the left winger. The central player passes the ball to the left winger and opens out to the opposite side ready to close the 2nd post.

The right winger shows in the middle for the left winger, ready to play a wall pass. The left winger passes the ball to the right winger and runs down the line to receive a return pass (wall pass). The right winger plays the wall pass and then stays centrally ready to provide cover.

The left winger shoots at goal towards the far post where the other player is closing.

After completing the move all three attackers make recovery runs outside the court and back to the lines. They should return to different lines.

Variations

The goalkeeper passes the ball to any of the three players.
