Duration

10 minutes.

Organization and Development

This exercises starts with a goalkeeper in the goal and 3 lines (1 on each wing and 1 in the centre) on the halfway line.

The goalkeeper starts with a ball and passes it to the right winger. At the same time the left winger and central player switch positions.

The right winger passes to the player in the central position then runs down the line and suddenly cuts inside towards the left winger.

The central player passes to the left winger and opens out on the opposite side ready to close the 2nd post.

The right winger shows in the middle for a helping pass but then makes a run down the sideline to receive a parrallel.

The left winger makes a parrallel (low aerial ball) and then covers the centre. The right winger shoots or passes to the teammate at the 2nd post.

After the move is completed the players run back outside the court and return to the lines, taking up different positions.

Variations

The goalkeeper passes the ball to any of the three players.
