Progression	Two teams. Using the hands the players must throw the ball to each other. On receiving they must control with a part of the body allowed in futsal (not hands or arms) and then catch the ball. If the ball touches the floor the team that didn’t touch the ball last receive it. On receiving the player can make 2 steps. To score the ball must be thrown to an attacker who heads the ball in the goal which is not protected by a goalkeeper.
Variations	Can’t steal the ball only intercept. Introduce 2 balls. Can run with the ball until tagged. Have goalkeepers and goal must be on a 1st time volley. For younger players they don’t have to control but can catch immediately.
