Progression	Using the full court with a goalkeeper in both goals. There is 1 player on either side of the centre circle at the halfway line facing each other. One goalkeeper throws the ball to one player and the player that receives can attack either goal and the other player must defend. If the defender wins the ball he can attack. Play until the ball goes out or the goalkeeper catches the ball. All other players wait on the outside of the court at the halfway line on both sides.
Variations	Put the players into teams and each go 1 player from each team faces each other. Keep the score. First to 5 wins.
