Using half court with 2 goals and goalkeeper in each one. The players are split into two equal groups and are positioned in a line in the corner of the court, diagonally opposite each other. The player at the front of the lines has a ball.
The exercise starts with 1 defender in the middle. The attacker from one of the lines goes 1v1 and tries to score a goal. As soon as that attack has ended the attacker becomes a defender an d the player at the front of the line goes 1v1 and tries to score in the other goal.
If the attacker loses possession to the defender then they must do 1 press up before defending.

Key Points (Coaching Points)
Speed in dribbling. Accelerate to goal and try to go 1vgk.
Immediate transition attack / defence.
Change starting position of attackers. e.g to halfway point to create a 1vgk with recovering defender
