Using the full court the players are divided in two plus we need a goalkeeper. The goalkeeper is in the centre circle and no other player can enter this circle. The team play a game of ball possession where a point is scored if the team pass to the goalkeeper or make 10 passes. When the goalkeeper receives a pass they distribute the ball back to the same team. Key Points (Coaching Points): Rapid ball circulation to open the passing line to the goalkeeper. Speed and precision of passing. |
