Progression	Split the court into 4 zones of 10mx20m. 3 teams of 3 with 1 team defending and the other 2 working together attacking in a 6v3 possession game. In the outside zone attackers play on 2 touch and in the two inner zones play on 1 touch. The attackers must make 5 consecutive passes in each zone before moving to the next zone. If the attackers make 5 consecutive passes in all 4 zones then defenders must win the ball another 3 times before switching roles. The defenders have to win the ball 3 times before another team defends. Start in an outside zone.
