Progression	We split the half court into 4 equal sectors. Then we play a 5v5 possession game. Each team must have at least one player in each sector at all times and players can move freely between sectors whilst respecting the previous condition. Key Points (Coaching Points): Observe the movement of your team-mates so you can fill the free space. Work as a team to avoid superiority in any sector.
Variations	Add 2 goals and 2 goalkeepers and turn the exercise into a game.
