Progression	Game of 4v4 + goalkeepers in 40x20m on 3 touch. Each team has an additional player on the outside of the court at the halfway line (on either side) with a ball at their feet. When a player shouts "Ball!" the player on the halfway line enters with the ball at their feet. They must make a pass before scoring. The player who shouted picks that ball up and goes to the halfway line. If a goal is scored the scoring team retain possession and change the direction of attack.
Variations	Unlimited touches. Direct goal from the entering player allowed. Every player on the attacking team must touch the ball before they can shout "Ball!". They must make 3 passes before they can shout "Ball!".
