Materials
Progression	We divide the teams into 3 colors. It is played on two touches. When the defenders touch the ball, they go outside and the team that lost possession enters. Depending on the needs, it is played on time. Eg. 3 minutes plus 1 minute recovery.
Variations	The return ball cannot be played. It must be played by a player of another color. After adding to the middle a mandatory change with the player in the middle. Change the number of touches. Change the size of the playground.
