Shot Saving Excercise 1
Low and High Shot Saving / Reflexes / Recovery to standing

3 Players and 1 goalkeeper
Ball, Tennis Balls and cones
Player 2 will begin exercise by passing to goalkeeper x2 times, the goalkeeper will receive pass by moving from standing position into long barrier.
The goalkeeper will return the pass back to player 2.
The 2nd time the goalkeeper will roll the ball slowly back to player 2.
The goalkeeper will move from long barrier position to receive high shot by player 3 (tennis ball).
The goalkeeper will then receive a low shot from player 4. The goalkeeper will save shot with splits style save.
The goalkeeper will recover to move across goal to dive and save low shot from player 2.
