Blocking Technique, Shape and Timing / Shot Saving High and Low / Recovery to standing

4 Player and 1 Goalkeeper
Ball , Tennis Balls and cones
Player 2 begins exercise by passing to player 3, goalkeeper who is facing player 3 will react when they see ball and move towards player 2 and block shot.
Goalkeeper will recover to standing position to save high shot from player 4 (tennis ball).
Player 4 will pass to player 5 who will shoot first time, goalkeeper will move across and save shot from player 5.
Alternate excercise to otherside or court.
Player 5 can have increased touches of the ball from 1 touch to moving fully with ball.
