Shot Saving High and Low / Recovery to standing position / Blocking technique, shape and timing / Saving and or blocking at far post / Foot movement

4 Players and 1 Goalkeeper
Ball, Tennis Ball, Cones, Bench or Table
Goalkeeper will dive across goal to save shot from player 2.
Player 3 will pass to Player 4; goalkeeper will recover to standing position to narrow angle and block player 4 shot.
Player 2 will shoot high at opposite post, goalkeeper will move across goal and save shot.
Player 5 will then hit tennis ball at bench/table, goalkeeper will move across goal and using block shape make save.
Alternate excercise to otherside of court.
Vary combination of shots.
