2-4 players and 1 goalkeeper
Ball and Cones
Goalkeeper moves towards cones and blocks player 2 shots by alternating block shape.
Goalkeeper will move across goal and receive low hard shot from player 3; goalkeeper will dive and hold on to ball. Goalkeeper will return ball slowly to player 3.
Goalkeeper will recover to standing position, move back to opposite side of goal and receive high shot from player. Goalkeeper will catch ball and return to player 2.
Goalkeeper will move across goal and receive high shot from player 3, goalkeeper will make save in the most efficient way possible.
include 2 extra player by cones, player 2 shoot between them - ie shot through a crowd of player.
alternate exercise to otherside of court.
