Player 2 begins with a starting pass, Goalkeeper will move from standing to long barrier to receive pass. Goalkeeper will return pass to player 2. Repeat this process again except the goalkeeper must return ball to player 2 slowly. Goalkeeper will block player 3 shot. Goalkeeper 'step over' cones and receives shot (any type) from player 2, Goalkeeper will make save. Goalkeeper will recover and move to opposite post and receive low shot from player 4. Goalkeeper will receive shot in long barrier and return to player 4. Player 5 will pass ball to player 2 who will shoot (any type) towards opposite post. Goalkeeper will recover to standing position and move across goal and make save. |
