Shot Saving High / Recovery to standing position / Blocking technique, shape and timing

2 Players and 1 Goalkeeper
Balls, Cones and Tennis balls
Player 2 feeds/pushes ball to goalkeeper.
Goalkeeper will move into block position and push ball back.
Goalkeeper recovers to standing position .
Player 3 shoot high (tennis ball) towards post, goalkeeper makes save.
Repeat process.
switch players to otherside of goalkeeper.
