Shot Saving High and low / Recovery to standing position / Blocking technique, shape and timing / Foot Movement

3 Players and 1 Goalkeeper
Balls, Tennis Balls and Cones
Player 4 will begin exercise by passing high to goalkeeper x2 times.
The goalkeeper will catch ball and return the ball back to player 4.
The 2nd time the goalkeeper will roll the ball slowly back to player 4.
Goalkeeper moves across goal to player 2, player 2 will pass ball (low) to goalkeeper, goalkeeper will receives the pass in using long barrier/blocking shape.
Goalkeeper returns pass back to player 2.
Goalkeeper moves across to opposite side of goal and save high shot (tennis ball) from player 3.
Goalkeeper moves across to opposite side of goal and touches cone.
Player 4 shoot (high or low), goalkeeper makes save.
Alternate exercise to opposite side.
