Shot Saving low / Recovery to standing position / Blocking technique, shape and timing / Foot Movement

2 Player and 1 Goalkeeper
Balls and Cones
Goalkeeper reduces angle of player 2 and blocks shot.
Goalkeeper moves across goal and touches cone.
On touching cone, player 3 shoots to opposite post, goalkeeper dives and makes save (hold onto ball).
Repeat Process.
Switch exercise to opposite side.
