Shot Saving With Splits (low shots) / Reflexes / Recovery to standing / Foot Movement

3 Players and 1 Goalkeeper
Balls, Tennis Balls and Cones
Goalkeeper moves from post to being line with player 2 using 'small feet' movement, player 2 throws ball (high), goalkeeper catches ball and returns to player 2. Repeat process.
Player 4 shouts 'shoot', player 2 holds on to ball.
Goalkeeper moves across goal.
Player 3 shoots low through legs of player 4.
Goalkeeper saves shot with splits style save.
Goalkeeper recovers using scissor method.
Player 4 throws tennis ball (high) to opposite post.
Goalkeeper moves across goal to save tennis ball.
Switch exercise to opposite side of goal.
