Goalkeeper weaves through cones. Goalkeeper moves towards cone using 'small feet' movement. Goalkeeper touches cone. When goalkeeper touches cone, player 2 shoots low towards near post. Goalkeeper saves shot with splits style save. Goalkeeper recovers using scissor method. Player 3 shoot (high) to opposite post. Goalkeeper moves across goal to saves shot from player 3. |

Vary foot movement through cones section of exercise. Remove cone section of exercise - becomes intensive exercise. Switch exercise to opposite side. |
