Shot Saving With Splits (low shots) - basic technique of splits save - timing splits save / Recovery to standing / Foot Movement

2 Player and 1 Goalkeeper
Balls and Cones
Player 2 passes to player 3.
Player 3 shoots first time (low).
Goalkeeper saves shot with splits style save.
Goalkeeper recovers using scissor method.
Repeat process.
Switch exercise to opposite side.
Positional Defense
