Training session to be carried out before the summer retreat. It is a session to be carried out individually, by each player before the meeting. It must last for at least a week.
1) Start walking for 20 minutes if possible on level ground, above a grassy area.
2) Always run in the flat and possibly grassy area using a mild course for 10 minutes.
3) start doing muscle elasticity exercises for a duration of 6 minutes.
4) Run using a sustained 10 minute run.
5) Joint mobility exercises lasting 6 minutes.
